KADIN Offers Waste Management Investment to City Government

Jakarta Governor, Pramono Anung received audience of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN)'s Green Industry Sector to discuss about cooperation in managing waste in Jakarta.

The Governor fully supports the offering

Jakarta Environmental Agency Head, Asep Kuswanto, Pramono supports the offering from KADIN. Jakarta Provincial Government will study deeply related the proposal proposed by KADIN.

"The Governor fully supports the offering. Of course we will study more regarding the proposal," he said, Wednesday (4/16).

Council Supports Transjakarta's Program From Water to Goodness

Meanwhile, Vice of Kadin's Green Industry Sector, Halim Kalla, said through its members who work in waste management and environment, KADIN wants to offers solution and technology to assist Jakarta Provincial Government handling increasingly complex waste problems.

"We want to offer private side to cooperate in handling waste and environment of Jakarta," he said.

Halim emphasized that the technology offered will be able to manage waste. It includes house to house transportation up to waste processing using the incinerator method.
